Owner William Jones brings over three decades of experience in the building and inspection industry. He began his career in 1993 working in construction, where he gained hands-on expertise in residential and commercial building techniques. In 2007, he transitioned into property inspection, applying his deep construction knowledge to ensure the safety and integrity of structures throughout Southwest Missouri.

William is a Certified Master Inspector®️ and holds the distinction of having the most InterNACHI certifications in his field in the region, William is a state licensed termite inspector and a FAA licensed drone pilot. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, he has become a trusted name in property inspections, serving homeowners, real estate professionals, and businesses with professionalism and integrity.
