Owner William Jones brings more than three decades of experience in the building and inspection industry. He began his career in 1993 working in construction, where he developed extensive hands-on expertise in both residential and commercial building techniques. In 2007, he transitioned into property inspection, applying his deep construction knowledge and practical field experience to ensure the safety, integrity, and long-term performance of structures throughout Southwest Missouri.

William is a Certified Master Inspector®️ and holds the distinction of having the most InterNACHI certifications in his field in the region. He is also a state‑licensed termite inspector and a FAA‑licensed drone pilot. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, he has become a trusted name in property inspections, serving homeowners, real estate professionals, and businesses with consistent professionalism and integrity.
